A private 10-acre retreat in the Cascade foothills. Hot tub, fire pit, game room with pool table and 85" TV, private gym, children's playroom, and 6 bedrooms sleeping 19. Perfect for family reunions, friend groups, and corporate retreats.
A bright, self-contained 1,200 sq ft suite in North Seattle's Greenwood neighborhood. Indoor fireplace, full kitchen, private entrance, in-unit laundry, and free parking. 10 minutes from Golden Gardens and the Puget Sound.

Both properties use self check-in via smart lock. You'll receive a personalized entry code before arrival. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out 11:00 AM. Early or late options may be available — just ask.
